ASNC is staying in touch with radiopharmaceuticals manufacturers that were expecting shortages of Tc-99m pyrophosphate (PYP) and Tc-99m hydroxymethylene diphosphonate (HMDP or HDP) beginning in late January.
Curium is now reporting that its Technescan HDP supply should resume in mid-March. Customers should watch for communications directly from Curium. ASNC will also keep you informed as the issue evolves.
