ASNC has joined more than 125 medical societies on a letter to congressional leaders asking for expeditious legislative action on the Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act (H.R. 3514 | S. 1816). By streamlining and modernizing prior authorization processes, this legislation would help ensure that Medicare Advantage enrollees can access care without delays.
