ASNC’s Heart Team Sessions Prompt Thought-Provoking Multidisciplinary Discussion

ASNC2026 will feature 7 multidisciplinary Heart Team sessions developed in collaboration with specialty societies from throughout cardiology and related disciplines. Building on last year’s successful debut, ASNC2026’s Heart Team sessions will again bring together nuclear cardiology experts and colleagues from across the cardiovascular community to address shared clinical challenges and examine the role of nuclear cardiology in the diagnosis and management of complex cardiovascular diseases.

“Multidisciplinary programming is a key component of the ASNC2026 scientific program,” says ASNC2026 Program Chair Paul Cremer, MD, MS. “As nuclear cardiology professionals, we need to hear directly from leaders in amyloidosis, clinical cardiology, interventional cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, electrophysiology, infectious disease, and other cardiac imaging specialties about what they need from nuclear cardiology and how to optimize collaboration to benefit patients’ outcomes and experiences.”

Sessions Will Feature Experts from EACVI, EANM, HRS, IDSA, ISA, SCAI, SCCT, SCMR, and SNMMI

Each Heart Team session brings together ASNC faculty with experts from one or more partner societies for multidisciplinary discussion and case-based learning.
