Case summary:
45-year-old male with no significant past medical history presented with exertional dyspnea and was found to have 2:1 AV block on exercise stress testing. CMR showed diffuse LGE in a non-coronary pattern concerning for cardiac sarcoidosis. F-18 FDG-PET was ordered to assess for active inflammation.
