AMA-Medicare-Payment-Federation-Letter-to-Congress_02-10.2025
Eighty healthcare organizations, including ASNC, signed a letter urging Congress to pass H.R. 879, the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act. If passed, the legislation would stop the 2.83 percent Medicare physician pay cut that went into effect Jan. 1, 2025, The bill would also give physicians a raise of 2 percent. ASNC also sent its own message pushing Congress to support the legislation.
