ASNC Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is refundable if you cancel your registration by 11:59pm ET four weeks before the event. Any cancellation made four weeks before the event is subject to an administration fee of $50 for physician registrants in the U.S./Canada and $25 for all other registrants. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to ASNC. Please allow three weeks for processing. Refunds will not be processed for no-shows. The registration fees for all sessions and events are non-transferable to another participant. Registration fees may be transferrable to an OnDemand product, if available.

*For the Nuclear Cardiology Board Exam Prep Course and the ASNC Annual Scientific Sessions, administrative fees may differ. Refer to meeting cancellation policies.
In the unlikely event that a live, in-person program is canceled, ASNC will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any hotel or travel costs you may incur. To request a refund, contact our office at:, as all refund requests must be in writing.
ASNC guarantees its educational products. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase. A processing fee of $45 will apply. Please note that if ASNC determines that you have markedly used the product or claimed CME credit, you will not be eligible for a refund.
