We have crafted our privacy policy to assure you that your personal information, if provided to us, will be treated carefully and appropriately.
ASNC2026 Registration Cancellation Policy
Should your plans to travel to Las Vegas to attend ASNC2026 change, your in-person registration may be transferred to a virtual registration at no additional charge. All registrations include access to the Meeting OnDemand giving you access to view the sessions for 2 years after the meeting ends.
If you must cancel your ASNC2026 registration, the registration fee is partially refundable if you cancel in writing (no phone calls) by 11:59 PM ET on August 12, 2026. Note, that any cancellation made by August 12, 2026, is subject to an administration fee of $100 for physician registrants in the U.S./Canada and $50 for all other registrants. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to: info@asnc.org. Please allow three weeks for processing. Refunds will not be processed for no-shows. The registration fees for all sessions and events are non-transferable to another participant.
