Registration is now open for ASNC’s 2026 Capitol Hill Days!
This is a unique opportunity for you to meet with legislators, discuss policy issues affecting your patients’ healthcare, and create lasting connections with congressional offices. ASNC’s health policy team will schedule meetings on your behalf and host briefings to help you prepare for your meetings and sharpen your advocacy skills.
Key Dates/Times:
- Monday, May 4: Arrive in Washington, DC, in time to participate in a mandatory dinner briefing at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
- Tuesday, May 5: Start your day with a breakfast gathering focused on schedule updates and answering any remaining questions. Then, head to Capitol Hill for a full day of meetings. Stay tuned for details on a congressional briefing.
Participation Eligibility:
- Your ASNC membership must be up to date for 2026. Renew Now.
- The registration fee for this activity is $199. This covers your advocacy training sessions, congressional meeting scheduling, leave-behind meeting materials, plus the dinner briefing and breakfast gathering.
- No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2026. This is to ensure ample time for the planning and scheduling of the event. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds.
- ASNC will arrange a discounted room rate at a hotel within walking distance of Capitol Hill. You are responsible for your transportation and lodging.
