This program will increase learners’ competence and performance in solving clinical, technical, and practical issues facing nuclear cardiology imaging professionals. Participants will be able to gain competence on procedures that reduce radiation dose, apply appropriate use criteria and guidelines when setting up nuclear cardiology studies, learn the latest advances in software, hardware, new tracers, and new applications to enhance diagnostic confidence as well as the evolving role of multimodality imaging.

All physicians and technologists practicing nuclear cardiology are encouraged to attend this program.

Accreditation & Continuing Education Credit

For Physicians: The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ASNC designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

For Technologists: The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology is a recognized provider of continuing education credit for technologists. ASNC’s Continuing Education (ACE) credit is accepted by the NMTCB and ARRT. This course has been approved for a maximum of 18.75 ACE Credits for Technologists.

All registered attendees will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the syllabus. Attendees are encouraged to download the syllabus prior to the course as the conference room does not provide wireless service. If an attendee prefers a printed syllabus, they can print it from the online version.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by April 3, 2014 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. For registration cancellations received between April 4 and April 24, 2014, a $75 administrative fee will apply. No refunds will be given for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, ASNC will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any hotel or travel costs you may incur.
