ACC, ACNM, ASNC, CAA and SNMMI Secured 43 Signatures for Congressional Letter to CMS

Thank you to all the ASNC members who have sent over 300 messages to members of Congress asking them to sign on to the Congressional letter led by Ron Kind (D-WI) , Mike Kelly (R-PA) , and Ronald Estes (R-KS) asking CMS to address proposed cuts to PET. We have a bipartisan group of 43 members of Congress who have signed on to the letter.

ASNC Announces Multisocietal Cardiac Amyloidosis Imaging Consensus

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) published “ASNC/AHA/ASE/EANM/HFSA/ISA/SCMR/SNMMI Expert Consensus Recommendations For Multimodality Imaging in Cardiac Amyloidosis” in their Journal of Nuclear Cardiology. ASNC assembled a writing team of 26 experts in cardiovascular imaging and amyloidosis representing these nine societies: The American College of Cardiology (ACC), the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM), the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA), the International Society of Amyloidosis (ISA), the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR), and the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI). 

Pipeline Predictions: ASNC2019 Session Will Preview Tomorrow's Radiotracers

ASNC2019 participants are invited to attend “New Radiotracers in the Pipeline,” an Advanced Track session featuring updates on eagerly anticipated tracers as well as the predictions of leaders who have their ears to the ground to hear of new developments.
