Medicare contractor WPS is rejecting new 2010 CPT codes (including 78452 for MPI SPECT) due to a system error.  WPS is working on a correction and mass adjustment to address inappropriately rejected claims, but providers in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin should be aware of the current issues impacting reimbursement with WPS.
