Target Audience

This course is designed for technologists performing nuclear cardiology in both private practice and hospital settings who are interested in taking an in-depth look into cardiac PET.

Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the basic clinical applications and principles of cardiac PET
  • Describe the advantages and disadvantages of cardiac PET as compared to SPECT MPI
CE Credit

This course has been approved by ASNC and is accepted by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board for 3.5 ARRT Category A credits.
