On December 4, 2009, Highmark responded to a joint letter by ASNC, the American College of Cardiology, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine about reimbursement for the bundled SPECT MPI codes in 2010.  Highmark outlined their process for implementing the bundled codes and indicated that payment for these services will be "comfortably above" the payments outlined in the 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
