Registration Fees
To qualify for the Early Bird registration rate, your registration must be submitted along with payment by July 1, 2011. Pre-registration rates are in effect from July 2 through August 19, 2011. After August 19, 2011, interested participants must register on site. There will be an additional on-site registration fee.
To qualify for the ASNC member rate, your membership must be paid through December 31, 2011. Click here to renew your membership or to become a new member of ASNC.
Cancellations
Registration cancellations received by July 31, 2011 will be eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Between August 1 and August 31, 2011, a $75 administrative fee will apply. No refunds will be made after August 31, 2011.
