Objectives

The primary objectives of the Annual Scientific Session are to enable registrants to:

  • Review current laboratory procedures in nuclear cardiology
  • Appraise skills in camara/computer systems
  • Display interpretive skills
  • Assess skills in the use of nuclear cardiology procedures in clinical decision-making
  • Discuss the latest scientific advances in the field of nuclear cardiology
  • Interpret technical information in the performance of nuclear cardiology procedures
  • Identify required skills for the efficient operation of a nuclear cardiology practice

Accreditation

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology is a recognized provider of ARRT Category A credit for technologists.

CME Credit

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology designated the ASNC2009 CME activity for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
