Exhibitor Badges

Please note that any registrations received after the August 29 advance registration deadline will be assessed a $50 on-site processing fee.

Each exhibiting company is entitled to five [5] complimentary exhibitor badges for each 10’ x 10’ booth. (Of the five complimentary badges, 2 badges may be designated “Exhibitor – Full Access” badges*. These will allow access into all scientific sessions). In addition, those companies that provided financial grants in support of ASNC and the ASNC Foundation for the period January 1 – August 31, 2008 are entitled to additional complimentary badges for company employees only for the 2008 meeting. Badges will indicate the name of the representative and the name of the company.

• Diamond Support: ≥ $250,000 – additional 25 complimentary (10 to be designated Full Access badges)
• Platinum Support: $200,000 - $249,999  – additional 20 complimentary (8 to be designated Full Access badges)
• Gold Support: $150,000 – $199,999 – additional 15 complimentary (6 to be designated Full Access badges)
• Silver Support: $100,000 – $149,999 – additional 10 complimentary (4 to be designated Full Access badges)
• Bronze Support: $10,000 – $99,999 – additional 5 complimentary (2 to be designated Full Access badges)

*Please note that the “Exhibitor – Full Access” badge does not include Continuing Education credit. ANY exhibitor who would like to obtain Continuing Education credit must register as an industry attendee.

At all hours during exhibit set-up, the hours when the exhibit area is open, and during dismantling, exhibitors will be required to wear a name badge.  The same will be true for all set-up and dismantling personnel who have been engaged by the exhibitor to assist with these activities. Badges should be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter.  Identification will be required for each exhibitor to obtain a badge.

ASNC strongly recommends advance registration for booth staff. Exhibitor – Full Access badges are only available through advance registration. An Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent to all exhibiting companies in June. In addition, exhibitors will have the opportunity to register their personnel on the ASNC Web site. To avoid payment of a $50 processing fee, exhibitors must register by Friday, August 29.

On-site registration for Exhibitor Only badges will open at noon on Wednesday, September 10. Exhibitors registering on site will be required to show proof of affiliation and sign for badges removed from the Registration area.
 
Guest Badges
Exhibitors may request guest badges for individuals not working for the exhibiting company, such as for a spouse or other family member. (Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall.)  Guest badges are good for one day only and will allow access only into the exhibit hall. Applications for guest badges need to be received by August 29.  Guest badges are not available on site.
