• Balance of the rental fee due:  June 6
• Last day to cancel for partial refund:  June 6
• Exhibitor Service Kits e-mailed:  June 20
• Deadline for receipt of Final Program listing information: July 18
• Request for use of exhibitor-appointed contractor due: August 1
• Show management approval for give-aways due:  August 1 
• Show management approval for island booths due  August 1
• Housing deadline:  August 12
• Exhibitor badge information due:  August 29

Exhibition Hours

ASNC has paid close attention to exhibitor input.  Specifically, we have modified the exhibitor hours to allow for more dedicated "exhibits only" time.  We have also closed the hall during the lunch hour, when attendees are typically in the general session and sponsored lunches.

• Friday, September 12, 2008
  9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Dedicated time from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
  1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Dedicated time from 1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
