Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor registration will open in June 2007.  Please note that any registrations received after the August 17, 2007 advance registration deadline will be assessed a $50 on-site processing fee.

Each exhibiting company is entitled to five complimentary exhibitor badges for each 10' x 10' booth.  (Of the five complimentary badges, two badges may be designated "Exhibitor – Full Access" badges.*  These will allow access into all scientific sessions).  In addition, those companies that provided financial grants in support of ASNC2006 are entitled to additional complimentary badges for company employees only for the 2007 meeting.  Badges will indicate the name of the representative and the name of the company.

Platinum Support	$100,000	Additional 25 complimentary (10 to be designated Full Access badges)
Gold Support	$50,000 - $99,999	Additional 20 complimentary (8 to be designated Full Access badges)
Silver Support	$25,000 - $49,999	Additional 15 complimentary (6 to be designated Full Access badges)
Bronze Support	$10,000 - $24,999	Additional 10 complimentary (4 to be designated Full Access badges)
Participating Support	$7,500 - $9,999	Additional 5 complimentary (2 to be designated Full Access badges)

*Please note that "Exhibitor – Full Access" badges do not include Continuing Education credit.  ANY exhibitor who would like to obtain Continuing Education credit must register as an industry attendee.

At all hours during exhibit set-up, the hours when the exhibit area is open, and during dismantling, exhibitors will be required to wear a name badge.  The same will be true for all set-up and dismantling personnel who have been engaged by the exhibitor to assist.  Badges should be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter.  Identification will be required for each exhibitor to obtain a badge.

ASNC strongly recommends advance registration for booth staff.  Exhibitor – Full Access badges are only available through advance registration.  An Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent to all exhibiting companies in June.  In addition, exhibitors will have the opportunity to register their personnel electronically on the ASNC Web site.  To avoid payment of a $50, processing fee, exhibitors must register by Friday, August 17, 2007.

On-site registration for Exhibitor Only badges will open at noon on Tuesday, September 5, 2007.  Exhibitors registering on site will be required to show proof of affiliation and sign for badges removed from the registration area.

Guest Badges

Exhibitors may request guest badges for individuals not working for the exhibiting company, such as for a spouse or other family member.  Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.  Guest badges are good for one day only and will allow access only into the Exhibit Hall.  Application for guest badges must be received by August 17, 2007.  Guest badges are not available on site.
