Rental Fees
Exhibit fees are based on $30 per square foot ($25 per square foot for booth space and $5 per square foot toward support of the Exhibitors' Reception held Thursday, September 6, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.). In addition, there is a $500 premium for aisle spaces.
A 50 percent deposit (check or money order payable to ASNC or credit card information) must accompany the application for space. The balance of the rental fee must be received on or before Friday, June 1, 2007. An invoice for the balance due will be included with the signed booth confirmation. Applications received after June 1, 2007, must include the full payment.
In an exhibitor elects to cancel requested space, the following will apply:
- If between date of application and June 1, 2007, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If after June 1, 2007, any monies paid will be forfeited.
- If the space can be sold by ASNC prior to the meeting, then the exhibitor will receive a 50 percent rebate of booth fee.
- Exhibitor reducing booth space prior to June 1, 2007, will receive a refund equaling the rent paid for the reduced space. Space reductions after June 1, 2007, will follow standard cancellation policies.
Any booth unoccupied by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2007, will be regarded as a no-show, and the space can be used by ASNC at its discretion. There is no rebate of fees for no-shows.
